The gate of the Welgevonden Game Reserve can be reached in about 3 hours from Johannesburg by car. As an alternative, the Ekuthuleni Lodge can also be accessed by helicopter or chartered plane.

The romantic bathrooms in each of the suites open onto a private courtyard featuring both indoor and outdoor showers.
