Malaria Status and Animals
  • This private game reserve is world renown for its breeding establishment and research facilities for various endangered animal species in Southern Africa. Initially, this malaria free reserve was only used for these purposes and decided to open its doors to the public in 1990.

Situated in the most attractive and scenic areas of the Limpopo and Mpumalanga Provinces, this private game reserve offers the best in game viewing. Due to the success of the animal relocation program, a wide range of the large mammals are guaranteed to be seen from buffalo, rhino, giraffe, elephant and much more, together with over 350 bird species and the predators include leopard, lion, cheetah, spotted hyena and many other species.

Approximately 40km away, lies the famous Kruger National Park, and with the sweeping views of the Drakensberg mountain range, this beautiful wilderness is a must for the wildlife and nature lovers.

As this reserve initially started as a rehabilitation and research establishment, the owner tries to maintain the balance of conservation together with tourism.  Experienced and knowledgeable rangers will guide you through the magnificent bushveld, pointing out all the various sounds of animals and birds alike.

Children Activities
  • At the exclusive Jabulani Camp in South Africa, they have extended their lodge, by adding the Zindoga Villa. Here children of all ages are welcome.  An additional suite with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom is available, and for a third child, they may make use of the lounge area which offers a day bed which converts into a single bed. This lounge area is exclusive to the suite.

Should you have any special sleeping arrangements, these can be discussed with the helpful staff, and they will try their best to accommodate and assist you and your little ones.

With a delightful "Kiddies Menu" on offer, together with babysitting services, parents can be sure their children are in good hands, and award themselves a well-deserved "time-out".

There is a Children's Programme offered at Camp Jabulani, which has a broad range of educational activities teaching them all about the surrounding wildlife, which will keep kids stimulated for a great deal of time.
