The Jock Safari Lodge overlooks a riverbed and lush bushveld of Kruger National Park

Jock has access to its block of the greater Kruger National Park, which is home to a pride of Lion, Elephants, Rhinos, and Leopards.

Jock Main Lodge: Surrounded by red walls and lush trees and reed walls, the 12 individual thatched rooms can each accommodate two guests in either King or Twin beds.

Rustic safari meals are served by the Shangaan Chef and enjoyed under the African sky. Each Tent features an outside bucket shower as well as an en-suite bio box toilet (portable) with canvas for privacy. 

Transfers to and from the lodge can be booked in advance which provides easy access to this excellent safari retreat in the Kruger National Park. Exciting safari drives take place in the early morning and the late afternoon during which travellers come face to face with Africa's untamed wildlife.

During the unique Frogging Safaris, travellers have a chance to admire the magnificent kaleidoscope of colours as well as the choir of sounds from the many different frog species which are home to this region of the Kruger Park.

Froggers have headlights, gumboots, and nets when they set out after dark for this thrilling experience. During the excursion, frogs are caught and identified and then released again. The best months for Frogging Safaris are during the rainy months of November through March.

Fitzpatrick's: Two of the three rooms can sleep a maximum of 2 adults sharing with two children per room. The chalets offer King or Twin beds making it ideal for smaller groups and families visiting Jock.

Explorer Camp: Experience an adventure into the wilderness, make use of canvas washing basins and lanterns while exploring the magnificent bushveld with its wildlife. This two-day walking safari is lead by highly specialized guides while the nights are spent around the campfire. The camp consists of three canvas tents each of which can accommodate two guests.
