Loisaba Star Beds offers a truly authentic African experience in the Loisaba Conservancy, Laikipia, of Kenya. Wild animals roam around this the bedroom under the stars' in the African wilderness of Kenya.

The Loisaba Star Beds afford amazing views over the beautiful valley and the waterhole which is visited by resident wildlife. Traditional Samburu and Laikipia Maasai warriors welcome guests and host them with their warm African hospitality.

Guests may rise early in the morning to watch the sunrise over their Star Bed with a hot beverage. The day ahead in the African wilderness offers many adventures, with a variety of activities available. Ending the fun-filled days with drinks by the log fire in the Star Beds lounge makes for an exciting evening where stories are shared.

Four-poster, handcrafted wooden beds are located on raised wooden platforms reaching over from the thatched-roof accommodation. These beds are rolled out each night for guests making for a most memorable sleep under the endless African sky. Complementing the surrounding environment, each of the star beds has been built in harmony with the use of rock features.

The open-air bathrooms are built around the rocky features of the kopje, the shower offers solar-heated water, a basin and flush loo.
