Travel Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Entebbe Airport. Meet and greet the driver/guide who will transfer you to your accommodation in Entebbe.

• Overnight at Laico Lake Victoria Hotel

Day 2: Early morning pickup at 06h00 from your hotel and transfer to Entebbe Airport for a scheduled flight to Kisoro (07h45/08h55 flight times are subject to change). Pick up from Kisoro Airstrip and transfer by road for 2 hours to Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge in the southern sector of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. In the afternoon visit the Batwa Community.

• Overnight at Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge

Day 3: Full day Gorilla tracking (depending on gorilla permit availability).

• Overnight at Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge

Day 4: Hike through the Bwindi Forest from Clouds to the Northern part of the forest (Buhoma). Pick up from Buhoma and transfer by road to Queen Elizabeth National Park (about 4 hours).

• Overnight at Kyambura Gorge Lodge

Day 5: Morning safari drive on the Kasenyi plains. Afternoon boat safari at the Kazinga Channel and evening safari drive.

Day 6: After breakfast, drive to Kibale National Park, (the drive will take about 3 hours.) Your home for the next two nights is Kyaninga Lodge, set against a backdrop of Kyaninga Lake with the legendary Mountains of the Moon in the distance. Enjoy a 3-hour walk around the lodge in the afternoon.

Day 7: After breakfast, you will go for Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale National Park. In the afternoon, you will enjoy the body swamp walk.

• Overnight at Kyaninga Lodge

Day 8: Transfer by road to Semliki Game Reserve for 2 hours. Afternoon safari drive/walk.

• Overnight at Semliki Safari Lodge

Day 9: Sunrise boat trip on Lake Albert to view the endangered Shoebill. Evening sundowner-game activity.

• Overnight at Semliki Safari Lodge

Day 10: Transfer to Semliki Airstrip for a scheduled flight to Entebbe Airport (10h20/11h25) and then connect onto a planned trip to Kidepo Airstrip (12h30/14h45 times are subject to change). Pickup by a lodge representative on arrival who will transfer you to Apoka Safari Lodge (about 10 minutes). Evening safari drive/walk.

Day 11: Game activities in Kidepo Valley National Park. Visit Lorukul Village.

• Overnight at Apoka Safari Lodge

Day 12: Transfer to the Kidepo Airstrip for a scheduled flight to Entebbe Airport (15h00/16h30). Stay at Entebbe Airport and connect to your outbound International flight.
