  • A safari in the untamed African bush at the Singita Sabi Sand game lodges makes for an unforgettable family holiday.  Children of all ages are welcome at the Singita Sabi Sand lodges.  In the interest of safety, the participation of children in any game activities (drives/walks/bike rides) is at the discretion of their guide. 

    Family suites at the Singita Ebony Lodge and the Singita Boulders Lodge, Singita Sabi Sand

    The family suites at the Singita Ebony Lodge and the Singita Boulders Lodge feature an en-suite master bedroom and an en-suite twin bedroom, a lounge area with a stone fireplace and a private viewing deck with a heated plunge pool.

    'Lodge within a Lodge' at Singita Sabi Sand

    Connected by a common dining/lounge veranda area, Singita's two family suites can be reserved as a small 'lodge within a lodge' whereby guests may you book two adjoining family suites and enjoy a private dining room and lounge area.

    When booking this option, guests have a private Land Rover and guide as well as their private chef and butler available during their stay.

    When booking the two interleading family suites at Singita, the safari activities are flexible and tailor made to suit guests needs. As the suites have private access, the game drives depart directly from the door.

    Rates for families

    Adults staying in the master bedroom pay the full per person rate. Alternatively, the second room can accommodate one adult and 50% of the total per person rate applies.  Children occupying the second room (max two children) pay 50% of the full per person rate.

Location
The magnificent Singita Ebony and Singita Boulders Lodges, as well as the Singita Castleton Camp, are located in Sabi Sand on 18 000 hectares of private land in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve on the western border of the Kruger National Park, Mpumalanga Province, South Africa.

Access by road

Recommended route from Johannesburg:
N12/N4 to Nelspruit
R40 from Nelspruit to Hazyview
R536 from Hazyview towards Paul Kruger gate
After 36 km, pass Lisbon Store, then turn left onto gravel road
Pay entrance fee
Enter Sabi Sand Reserve at Shaws Gate
Follow Singita signs to lodge (approximately 28 km)

Access by air

Federal Air offers a daily return flight direct to Singita Sabi Sand from the O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. There are daily scheduled flights provided by SA Airlink to the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA), which is located between Nelspruit and White River. Federal Air provides air transfers to and from KMIA and Singita Sabi Sand.
