Game Drives or Walking Safaris

Guests staying at the Zululand Safari Lodge, South Africa, can experience one of South Africa’s oldest and largest game reserves in open game drive vehicles.

The Zululand Safari Lodge in KwaZulu-Natal features a total of 19 African Style Rondavels which can accommodate approximately 48 guests.

Ten family units and nine twin chalets can also be booked. The family chalets at the Zululand Safari Lodge can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and two children under the age of 12 years.

The safari lodge chalets are scattered around the lawns, facing a flood-lit watering hole which is visited by giraffe, zebra, nyala, impala and kudu.  All the Safari Lodge rooms are self-catering, offering a fully-equipped kitchen and each room features its own patio with comfortable furniture.

Directions

Directions to the Zululand Safari Lodge:

1. From Durban take the N2 North
2. Take the Hluhluwe/Sodwana Bay off-ramp
3. At the top of the off-ramp turn left onto the P453
4. Travel a further 2.5km and the entrance to Ubizane Wildlife Reserve is on the left.
